On Thursday, December 18, 2025, the wheat market saw an increase. March quotes for soft winter wheat on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CBOT) decreased to $186.36 per ton, March futures for hard winter wheat KCBT in Kansas City rose to $189.96 per ton, March futures for hard spring wheat MGEX in Minneapolis decreased to $210.54 per ton. March futures for SRW wheat in Chicago closed at $5.07-3/4, up by 1 ½ cents, May futures in Chicago closed at $5.18-3/4, up by 1 ½ cents. March futures for HRW wheat in Kansas City closed at $5.17, up by 9 ¼ cents, May futures closed at $5.29-1/4, up by 9 cents. March futures for spring wheat MGEX in Minneapolis closed at $5.73, up by 11 cents, May futures for spring wheat MGEX closed at $5.83, up by 10 ½ cents.
