(EUROPA PRESS) - The sub-delegate of the Government of Spain in Jaén, Catalina Madueño, has announced the granting of aid of almost 500,000 euros from the Ministry of Agriculture for an innovative project of general interest linked to the certification of the traceability of extra virgin olive oil from traditional olive grove. It is an initiative that is committed to providing the entire production process with more transparency, "something that benefits both the farmer himself and the final consumer", as indicated this Wednesday in a note.
