The mechanism allowing Ukrainian farmers to export grown soybeans and rapeseed without paying a 10% duty has already been approved, and the finalization of procedural details is currently underway. This was stated on October 10 during the question hour to the government in the Verkhovna Rada by Ukraine's Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture Oleksiy Sobolev, as reported by Ukrinform. "Currently, together with the Trade and Industrial Chamber (TIC) and the State Customs Service, we are finalizing work on a detailed list of necessary documents for agricultural producers to confirm that, for example, the soybeans they want to export are indeed their own production.
