Since the start of the year, Primorsky Krai has seen a significant increase in fresh fruit and berry imports, with a total of 16,246.9 tons received, nearly doubling the previous year's imports. This includes a nearly threefold increase in citrus fruits from countries such as China, Egypt, the Republic of Korea, Pakistan, and Vietnam, as well as apples and pears from China, Argentina, and South Africa. The import of melons and watermelons has also seen a significant increase, with 158.9 tons received from China. Additionally, imports of pineapples, pomegranates, kiwi, bananas, rare exotic fruits, and fresh berries have also been registered.
