The head of the Dairy Producers Association in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in Egypt confirmed an increase in demand for dairy products, especially during the Eid Al-Adha holiday. The stability of prices in the local market has led to an increase in demand, with the price of turkey cheese ranging from 160 to 170 pounds per kilo and white cheese priced at 60 to 70 pounds per kilo. Dairy producers have warned against monopolizing commodities and raising prices, and regulatory authorities are being called upon to launch inspection campaigns on cheese merchants' stores to prevent price manipulation.
