The Korea Fisheries Association and EcoAquaFarm have signed an agreement to activate the seafood traceability system.

The Korea Fisheries Association (KFA) has signed a business agreement with the aquaculture company EcoAquaFarm. The two organizations signed the business agreement on July 23 in Gijang County, Busan, with the aim of spreading the value of Atlantic salmon and enhancing the quality assurance and consumer trust of clean K-salmon by activating the seafood traceability system (photo). Attendees of the agreement ceremony visited the EcoAquaFarm farm after the reception to see the latest facilities, including the recirculation aquaculture system, advanced water treatment technology, and a smart control room based on information and communication technology (ICT), as well as the farm's operational status.
