On March 2, Andrey Korobka, the vice-governor of the Temryuk region, visited the region's fish industry to inspect a fish farm and canned food plant. The farm, owned by Dmitry Dergachev, is involved in the production of fish seed, marketable fish, and crayfish, with plans to expand and become the largest crayfish plant in Russia by 2022. The region sees this as a promising venture due to the increasing number of tourists in the Kuban. Korobka also visited Omega LLC, the region's largest canned food plant, which has a production capacity of 20 million cans per year.
