The Kyrgyz side shall provide guidance and supervision over the planting, production, processing, storage, transportation, and export of raw materials for the dried fruits to China, ensuring compliance with relevant food safety and phytosanitary requirements of China and the Kyrgyz Republic, and preventing contamination by pathogenic microorganisms or toxic and harmful substances.

The dried fruits exported to China should be packaged in clean, hygienic, new materials that meet food safety and plant quarantine requirements, and should be prevented from spilling during transportation. Before shipment, the Kyrgyz side shall inspect the transportation tools for the dried fruits to China. The transportation tools must meet sanitary and quarantine requirements and must not contain quarantine pests or other restricted quarantine objects, such as weed seeds, live insects, plant residues, soil, and other foreign impurities.

Upon arrival at the Chinese entry port, the Chinese Customs will implement inspection and quarantine supervision, and entry will be allowed upon qualification. If the Chinese side finds any violations of Chinese food safety and plant quarantine laws and regulations, national food safety standards, and the provisions of the Protocol in the imported dried fruits, the Chinese Customs will handle the matter in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
