The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has launched a 60-day campaign to combat the autumn flood, expedite wheat planting, and promote seedling growth.

From now until the "Winter Solstice" (December 21), the action involves district-based map warfare, classified and precise strategies, and orderly advancement in a timely manner, enhancing wet-seeding resistance, responding to late planting, and managing fields before winter. Every effort is made to ensure wheat acreage and to fully focus on pre-winter management, cultivating robust seedlings to ensure safe overwintering. Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has dispatched seven working groups and scientific and technological small squads to the main wheat-producing provinces in the Huang-Huai-Hai region to provide guidance on guaranteed production, promote the implementation of policy measures and key technologies, and coordinate the resolution of difficult problems, striving to solidify the foundation for summer grain production next year.
