The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan reported on the amount of subsidies for spring sowing of the 2023 harvest

For the spring sowing of 2023, the Department for Expertise of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the seed farms of the country signed 32 contracts. The volume of subsidized seeds amounted to 3707.7 tons. As the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture clarified, subsidies for wheat seeds in the amount of 1135.4 tons amounted to 14.8 million soms, barley seeds - 2319 tons in the amount of 25.9 million soms, corn seeds - 30.9 tons in the amount of 2 .78 million soms, sainfoin seeds - 30 tons in the amount of 1.08 million soms, alfalfa seeds - 7 tons in the amount of 735 thousand soms, cotton seeds - 35.4 tons in the amount of 870 thousand soms. The total amount of the subsidy is 114.1 million soms.
