The Ministry of Agriculture wants to strengthen the quality control of grain and its processed products. The department proposes to resume scheduled inspections of grain storage facilities with a capacity of up to 50,000 tons every two years. Currently, no scheduled control (supervisory) measures are carried out for grain storage facilities with a capacity of less than 100,000 tons, according to the explanatory note to the draft government resolution posted on the portal of draft normative legal acts. According to the document, Rosselkhoznadzor analyzed the results of control and supervisory activities in relation to such storage facilities based on data from the Federal State Information System "Grain."
