Ukraine and the European Union have agreed to cancel some tariffs and expand export quotas for agricultural products, announced Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka on his Facebook page. The decision of the Association Committee in Trade Composition No. 3/2025, adopted on October 14, 2025, will come into force on October 29, so Ukrainian exporters will be able to take advantage of the new trade regime this year. Access to the market for the most sensitive goods, such as sugar, poultry, eggs, wheat, corn, and honey, will remain limited and gradual. Full liberalization will be considered only for some non-sensitive goods, such as milk and dairy products, noted the EU Council.
