The Novosibirsk region in Russia for the first time opened the export route of rapeseed cake to China

On February 6, 2024, under the supervision of Rosselkhoznadzor specialists, the Novosibirsk enterprise sent 134.5 tons of rapeseed cake to China. For the region, this is the first experience of exporting this type of agricultural products to the People's Republic of China. This important event from an export point of view was preceded by serious work to include the enterprise in the national Cerberus information system under the leadership of the business entity. In September 2023, at the request of the enterprise producing rapeseed meal/cake, certification was carried out, and in December 2023, the State Technical University of the People's Republic of China confirmed compliance with the requirements and included the enterprise in the approved lists. On January 31 and February 6 of this year in Novosibirsk, inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office completed the necessary documents to send two railway cars with rapeseed cake to China.
