According to data from TUIK, there has been a significant decrease in the number of various livestock including cattle, buffalos, small ruminants, sheep, and goats compared to the previous year. The number of cattle decreased by 2.6 percent, buffalos by 5.9 percent, small ruminants by 6.9 percent, sheep by 5.9 percent, and goats by 11.0 percent. Honey production also saw a decrease of 2.9 percent. However, there was an increase in the production of fresh silk cocoons by 14.1 percent.
