The peak of frosts in Ukraine and the shortage of precipitation in Argentina will affect the markets in the coming weeks.

From February 1-3, Ukraine is forecast to experience a cold snap of -20 to -30 °C, which will cover the northern and central regions and create a threat of winterkill for winter crops in the south and central parts of the country due to insufficient snow cover.
