The price of butter and cream in the EU is at a historic high

According to several sources, cream, which is an important raw material for confectioners, for example, reached a record price of 10,155 euros per ton. This price increase also reflects the decline in milk production and is accompanied by an increase in the price of other dairy products such as milk powder, butter and cheese.
