The price of extra-quality milk in Ukraine is almost equal to the average European price

In Ukraine, raw milk is becoming more expensive, but due to the decrease in export activity in the dairy market during the New Year holidays, there is no reason for further price increases. This was reported by the analyst of the Association of Milk Producers (AVM) Georgy Kukhaleyshvili. Thus, the average purchase price of extra-grade milk as of December 10 was 19.70 UAH/kg excluding VAT, which is 65 kopecks more than a month ago. At the same time, the highest grade costs an average of 18.70 UAH/kg excluding VAT (+30 kopecks). The average purchase price for first-grade milk was 17.65 UAH/kg excluding VAT, which is 50 kopecks more than the price in the first half of November. In general, the weighted average price of three grades of milk was 18.68 UAH/kg excluding VAT, which is 48 kopecks more than a month ago.
