Vegetable prices in Egypt's transit market have stabilized, with varieties such as potatoes, beans, onions, eggplants, zucchini, cucumbers, taro, spinach, grape leaves, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, lemons, and onions available at various prices. Despite the COVID-19 crisis, Egypt's vegetable and fruit exports are expected to increase by 5.5 million tons in 2020, reaching 2.77 million tons since the start of the export. Citrus, potatoes, and onions are the leading exports.
