2025 was a year marked by price. The impact of the increase in international prices through November is clear: $1702 million with 227,795 tons, at an average price of $7.47/kg. In the period January–November 2024, the value reached $1056 million with 241,092 tons, with an average close to $4.38/kg. In other words, the growth in value is explained by the recalibration of the international price and not because the country has shipped more volume. Seasonality also helps to understand the year. In 2025, the second half concentrates the highest exported value: August–October are the months in which the price accelerated (August stands out) and the monthly value breaks its own pattern. In 2024, on the other hand, the year was more even in prices, and the total volume ended up higher, even with a still relevant December.
