The lack of labor is the number one problem in Bulgarian farms – both small and large. More and more farmers are realizing that the solution does not lie in finding more people, but in changing the way of working itself. During the presentation of the DeLaval VMS milking robot at the Agritop shopping center, we talked to farmers about robotized milking and dairy farms in our country. "Sooner or later, we will have to use robots because there is a lack of labor. Yes, it is expensive for livestock farming in Bulgaria, but if we want to continue, we must act," commented Osman Ibryamov from the village of Borissima for Agri.BG. Despite the difficulties, farmers are not giving up – they are looking for solutions, thinking strategically, and looking ahead. "We would invest in a robot, but everything depends on profitability.
