The recent report from the Agricultural Risk Office (ORA), corresponding to the week of October 27 to November 2, shows a slight improvement in the water situation in Buenos Aires, although the outlook remains precarious. According to estimates, the province still has more than 4 million hectares of unproductive land, of which around 900 thousand remain under water. In recent days, the lack of rainfall allowed several soils with excessive reserves or excesses to move to "adequate to optimal" conditions, especially in central and eastern Buenos Aires. However, the recovery is partial and there are still flooded areas that remain outside the productive circuit.
