The price range for blueberries in Ukraine has expanded significantly, with wholesale berries being sold at $3 to $6 per kg. The quality of the first samples is high, keeping prices for these products above $4.10-4.90 per kg. However, suppliers are also trying to sell berries of problem quality in small wholesale lots at $3 per kg. The demand for these berries is low, and there is a possibility that suppliers may need to dispose of significant amounts this season. Polish suppliers are describing the current situation as a disaster, as prices are even lower in Poland, creating opportunities for importers of berries from western Ukrainian regions. The increased production of blueberries has not contributed to maintaining a high price.
