As of now, Thailand has successfully exported 20,000 tons of cassava pellets to ARASCO. Both parties have also engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation in areas such as animal feed ingredients and halal food processing. During the visit, Thai enterprises showcased food products with export capabilities, such as processed chicken meat and chicken pieces, to the Saudi market. Thailand emphasized that it will leverage ARASCO's diversified business to further expand agricultural and food exports to the Middle East region. In 2024, Saudi Arabia is Thailand's 19th largest global trading partner and the second largest in the Middle East, with the potential for agricultural and food trade continuing to grow.
