The Union of Grain Producers in Plovdiv has provided aid to livestock breeders in the flood-hit village of Karavelovo in Karlovo. The aid includes 11 tons of grain (barley and wheat) and 6 tons of baled rice, and will be distributed among 15 farmers. The union had requested a report from local authorities on farmers whose fodder was destroyed by the floods. The grain and hay are estimated to be sufficient to feed the animals for the next 45 days.
