Miguel Barrachina, the Minister of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries of the Valencian Community, has announced a 3 million euro advance in agro-environmental aid for rice farm owners impacted by recent floods. This unprecedented advance aims to support farms with significant damage and will benefit those with agro-environmental commitments, organic agricultural areas, areas with natural limitations, beekeeping for biodiversity, and guirra sheep conservation. Additionally, a 20 million euro emergency contract has been allocated for repairing rural roads in the affected regions.
