Swiss company Planted introduced a new product, a 100% vegetable chicken breast made from pea proteins and fibers, which has received significant distribution in Italy and received positive feedback from Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann. Planted has found success with over 400 restaurants in Italy and plans to expand further, backed by a recent $70 million funding round led by L Catterton.
