The Institute for Research and Development of Foreign Trade of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (Idexcam) has identified seven Peruvian products with high commercial potential in the South Korean market. These products include coffee without roasting or decaffeination, frozen shrimp and prawns, sweaters, cardigans, knitted cotton articles, tricycles, pedal cars, toys with wheels, knitted wool sweaters, solid state cane sugar, and footwear with rubber soles. Despite the global health crisis, Peru has managed to maintain a solid commercial relationship with South Korea, which has resulted in significant exports of these products in 2020. Idexcam anticipates that with continued collaboration between the public and private sectors, these exports can further grow.
