FCO approves R$ 35.5 million for agriculture in Goiás

The State Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Goiás participated in the first 2026 meeting of the Deliberative Chamber of the State Development Council, within the scope of CDE-GO/FCO. The 422nd meeting, held online on Thursday, January 29, approved 23 consultation letters in the FCO Rural modality, with the allocation of R$ 35.5 million from the Constitutional Fund of the Midwest for investments in the agribusiness sector. According to the meeting's record, the approved resources cover producers of different sizes and encompass projects for poultry farming, beef cattle farming, and agriculture, including investments in soybeans, agricultural machinery and implements, soil correction, and irrigation systems. Of the total proposals analyzed, one was classified as mini-size, 14 as small-size, seven as small-medium, and one as medium.
