As the kimchi-making season approaches, this year's kimchi-making costs have been found to be lower than last year. According to the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), as of last 17th, the cost of making kimchi is 201,151 won, a 5.6% decrease compared to mid-November last year (213,003 won).
