Russia: Tightening control over poaching in Primorsky Krai during chum salmon spawning season

From September 20 to October 14, 21 administrative violation reports were drawn up, 18 fishing gear were seized, including 17 nets with a total length of 310 meters. Since October 15, control on the Shkotovka River has been strengthened by two more inspectors, and a mobile group of fishery protection inspectors is actively patrolling the area near the road bridge where poaching occurred.
