The trade of agricultural goods between Ukraine and the European Union saw a decrease of 5.1% in the first half of 2020, amounting to $ 4.6 billion, as reported by the Institute of Agrarian Economics. The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France were the main trading partners, accounting for 75% of the trade. The main exports included grain, oilseeds, oils and fats, while imports had no clear commodity structure. Despite a decrease in the first half of the year, experts believe that the volume of trade is likely to change in the latter half of the year.
