This accounts for 31.8% of the total volume of soybean exports from Ukraine, according to data from the State Customs Service. Thus, almost a third of all exported Ukrainian soybeans was directed specifically to the Turkish market, which confirms its strategic importance for domestic producers and traders. The strengthening of Turkey's position may be associated both with the country's internal needs for protein raw materials and with the logistical advantages of the Black Sea direction. Egypt took second place in terms of import volumes, having purchased 501 thousand tons of Ukrainian soybeans in 2025, or 14.7% of the total exports. Countries of the European Union also maintain a significant presence in the sales structure: the Netherlands imported 431.8 thousand tons (12.6%), Germany - 241.8 thousand tons (7.1%).
