Turkey's grain and pulse exports reached 9.2 billion dollars

According to the information compiled from the Southeastern Anatolia Exporters' Association data, the Turkish grains, pulses, oilseeds and products sector sent 10 million 603 thousand 984 tons of products to 217 countries and free zones in 9 months of the year. Exports of the sector, which earned 9 billion 205 million 576 thousand dollars in return for foreign sales, increased by 35.31 percent in amount and 11.89 percent in value compared to the same period of the previous year. EXPORTS TO ITALY INCREASED BY 1400 PERCENT The sector made the most exports to Middle Eastern countries with 3 billion 120 million 433 thousand dollars. The Middle East was followed by Africa with 2 billion 49 million 88 thousand dollars and Europe with 1 billion 511 million 186 thousand dollars. In the sector's country-based exports, Iraq ranked first with 1 billion 501 million 542 thousand dollars, while Italy was second with 637 million 801 thousand dollars and the USA was third with 519 million 365 ...
