UAE ranks ninth among India's seafood export markets

During the recent fiscal year, India achieved significant success in the seafood industry by exporting 1.78 million metric tons of seafood, valued at $7.38 billion. The majority of these exports were frozen shrimp, which remained the top export product both in volume and value. The Middle East was a key market for these exports, with a significant portion of the frozen shrimp shipments being directed towards the region.
