Ukraine imported $11 million worth of live poultry in two months

In the first two months of 2024, Ukraine experienced a notable increase in its imports of live poultry, with a 28.7% rise in monetary terms, reaching $11.2 million, as reported by AgroTimes using data from the State Customs Service. The primary exporters of live poultry to Ukraine were Germany, which accounted for 34.7% of the total imports, followed by Poland at 23.2%, and the Czech Republic at 19.7%, highlighting a significant shift in the country's import dynamics in the poultry sector.
