Ukraine imported $4.5 million worth of cognac in 6 months

In the latter half of 2020, Ukraine saw significant trade activity in cognac, with imports reaching valued at $4.5 million and exports at $516,000, creating a notable trade deficit. France emerged as the primary supplier, contributing to over a third of the imported cognac with $3.1 million worth. The trade landscape saw unexpected developments, with Latvia and Belgium taking the second and third spots, importing cognac worth $883,000 and $160,000 respectively, collectively accounting for nearly 60% of Ukraine's cognac imports.
