Ukraine saw an increase in agri-food exports and imports from January to July 2021, with the ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reporting a 19.4% rise in imports and a 6.7% rise in exports. The main exports included oil, corn, and wheat, with Asia being the largest market, particularly for China and India. The Netherlands and Spain were the leading countries for exports to the EU. The majority of imports were from the EU, with the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany leading, and the main imports were frozen fish and sunflower seeds.
