Ukrainian agricultural analysts have identified the Japanese market as a promising opportunity for frozen raspberry exports, with a 25% increase in value and 5% increase in volume in the past year. Despite a global rise in raspberry prices leading to reduced imports in other countries, Japan's imports have continued to grow. The market offers stable prices and stringent quality requirements. However, Ukraine has not yet entered this market, with Serbia and Poland being the dominant suppliers. Ukraine's focus on supplying to Poland, which then re-exports, and its failure to enter other markets could limit its potential revenue.
