As of December 4, in the 2024/2025 marketing year, Ukraine has significantly increased its grain and pulse exports by 38.6% compared to the previous year, totaling 18.584 million tonnes. Wheat exports saw a substantial rise of 51.8% to 8.997 million tonnes, while corn exports increased by 14.6% to 7.412 million tonnes. Barley exports amounted to 1.863 million tonnes, and rye exports were 10.8 thousand tonnes. Additionally, Ukraine exported 32.3 thousand tonnes of flour, equivalent to 43.1 thousand tonnes of grain, which is 1.5 times less than the previous year, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
