Ukrainian nut growers were urged to use the experience of Georgia in processing hazelnuts

The Ukrainian farm Nuts`N`Garden (Kiev region), which grows organic hazelnuts, tested its drying for the first time after harvesting this year and stored the nut. The modified nut will allow you to enter the Ukrainian and international markets and create value-added goods. The founder of the farm, Nina Smirnova, spoke about this in an interview with the magazine “Gardening in Ukrainian”. “This year, with the assistance of the Organic Initiative public union and the Rural Women’s Business Network, we purchased a hazelnut dryer with a loader from the Ukrainian manufacturer Gorikhovod,” she said. – We have already protested it and are putting the nut into storage.
