A Novgorod-based enterprise has successfully passed tests for its fillet of pike perch, perch, and pink salmon, meeting all necessary veterinary and sanitary requirements for export to Germany. This achievement is part of the region's broader success in the fish and seafood sector, with a total of 117.7 tons of products exported to Germany, the UAE, and Uzbekistan in the first quarter of the year. This marks a significant milestone for the region's international trade relations and showcases the quality of its aquatic produce.
