The Union of Small Farmers and Livestock Farmers (UPA) has asked the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) to act with "firmness" in the face of the latest outbreaks detected in France of contagious nodular dermatosis and the growing concern of livestock farmers.
