The USDA's "2023 U.S. Fruit and Nut Outlook Report" predicts a 5.4% decrease in cranberry production in the U.S., with Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and New Jersey all expecting declines. Oregon, however, is forecasted to see a 17.5% increase in production. Despite these regional variations, the U.S. Cranberry Marketing Council estimates an overall 2% decrease in production for 2023, with most of the cranberry products in the U.S. being exported, primarily to China, the Netherlands, Mexico, and Canada.
