September pork exports rose by 8% to 238,047 metric tons and valued at 6% higher at $685.1 million compared to the same period last year. The first nine months of 2021 saw a 5% increase in volume and a 7% increase in value compared to the same period in 2020. Notable growth was observed in exports to Mexico, Central America, and the ASEAN region, with Mexico setting a record pace.
