U.S. tilapia imports fall to record low, with sales in China down 20%

From January to May, the import volume of fresh tilapia fillets in the United States fell by 16% year-on-year, and the import volume of frozen fillets fell by 19% year-on-year. The year-on-year decline in China's supply was as high as 20%, setting a new low since the epidemic (down 28% from the same period in 2020).
