Uzbekistan to fully digitalize wheat procurement process

In the 2025 grain season, calculations for wheat purchased at the expense of state resources will be carried out in a new manner. In accordance with the relevant resolution, it is now stipulated that the “Uzbekistan Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange” JSC must publish the average price for grade 3 wheat on its official website by June 1 of each year, based on prices formed from January to April. Also, in order to increase the efficiency of the processes of receiving and distributing grain through warehouses, as well as financial settlements between the Fund, commercial organizations and farmers, the State Agricultural Support Fund was allowed to purchase wheat on a contractual basis through the d-xarid.uz information system.
