The vegetable market has seen prices fluctuating due to challenges in Spain and the Netherlands, with increases in the prices of peppers and tomatoes. However, as reported by Lukasz Jedras of Freshvil, a Polish importer, the market is now stabilizing. Despite the current shortage, Jedras anticipates that prices will decrease as he believes they were previously inflated. Freshvil has had to source tomatoes and peppers from Turkey and Morocco due to the issues in Spain and the Netherlands, and has also received shipments from Egypt, Tanzania, Ecuador, and Colombia.
