An online trade session was held to explore business opportunities between Vietnamese and Indian companies in the sectors of fruit, purple onion, instant coffee, and furniture. The India International Trade and Industry Corporations (IICCI) Chairman highlighted the growing popularity of Vietnamese agricultural products and processed foods in the Indian market. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the bilateral trade between the two nations is projected to reach $10 billion in 2020. The trade includes a variety of goods such as mobile phones, computers, machinery, common metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastic products, tea, cashew nuts, confectionery, cereal products, and animal feed.
