According to statistics from the Vietnam Association of Seafood Processors and Exporters (VASEP), in the first six months of 2025, the total tuna export turnover nationwide reached nearly 473 million USD, a slight increase of 0.2% compared to the same period last year. Although the six-month cumulative figure is quite stable, tuna exports in June 2025 saw a significant decline. This information indicates that the industry will face many difficulties in the second half of 2025, making it difficult for tuna exports to achieve the same targets as in 2024.
