According to statistics from the Customs Department, the export of pepper from our country in the first 10 months reached 205,229 tons, valued at 1.39 billion USD (a decrease of 6.4% in quantity but an increase of 25.3% in value compared to the same period in 2024). In the first 10 months of 2025, the export turnover of pepper from Vietnam reached 1.39 billion USD. In October alone, Vietnam exported 18,788 tons of pepper, valued at nearly 126 million USD (an increase of 1.9% in quantity and 4.42% in value compared to October 2024). Not only surpassing the 1.3 billion USD mark achieved in the entire year of 2024, the export turnover of pepper in the first 10 months of 2025 is nearly equal to the export value of the entire year 2016 (nearly 1.43 billion USD), the highest export value from before to the year 2024.
